If I could choose only one toy to have then the Like a Bike would be it. My 2 and 3 year olds have one each and they spped around verywhere on them- hard to keep up.They are admired every time we go out (or maybe it's my daughters) and asked where we got them - Kinetics in Glasgow of course!

Encouraged by the other positive reviews on this site, we made the plunge and splashed out for our 3 year old. We could not have spent it better. To see him zooming around is extraordinary - he can balance it for considerable distances and clock up a phenomenal pace. We can now go for long walks both on and off roads and he can happily keep up. It is expensive, but that's easily compensated by the liberation it gives the parents - forget the kids. Suddenly there is no more whinging from him when just 100m from the car and we can have a long walk again. Fantastic!

Our son got bought one of these at about 18 months (he's a big lad). He first rode a normal bike without stabilisers a year later. He's now four and rides the ramps in the local skate park on his BMX. Stunning invention - brilliant for confidence & balance.
