Hase are based in an old mine lamp factory in Waltrop, Germany, where they make a range of recumbent trikes and tandems - they’ve now also started making kids trailers. This year, they celebrate their 10th anniversary...
Coming Soon: The Tagun is a new sporty suspended long-wheelbase recumbent bike...
The Kettwiesel is Hase’s do-anything trike - fast, light and manouverable, it’s ideally suited to touring, day rides or racing (especially the titanium TT version). An adapter couples two together to make a tandem...
The Lepus is the beast of burden. 24 gears, hydraulic brakes on all wheels and rear suspension let you carry a lot on the large rear load platform. The Lepus also folds to fit in a car boot...
The Pino is Hase’s innovative take on the tandem - the stoker sits at the front in a recumbent position, the pilot sits more conventionally at the back.
Both riders have excellent visibility, and you can easily talk as your heads are closer together. The Pino can easily be ridden one-up - ideal when giving someone a lift. The Pino is also very fast, especially in it’s race and titanium versions...

Hase make a wide range of accessories and adaptions for their cycles, if you need a bit of extra help - several types of special pedal, crank shorteners and pendulum cranks, and various different control options.
There is also a fantastic handbike add-on for the Kettwiesel and Lepus trikes...
