The lower MetaThesis bikes are a bit more maneuverable than the high ones - a small front wheel turns faster and has less heel interference. A slightly lower bottom bracket is also faster to get a foot down from. Both these factors make the low bikes great for city riding, commuting, and smaller riders. With 26/20” wheels.
