These clamp to any standard crank, to let you move the pedal to any position on the crank - reducing the travel of the pedal. The shortener has two holes for 1/2” or 9/16” pedals, and is available for left or right. £35 each. Shortener LH £35 
Shortener RH £35  Pendulum cranks:
These are similar to the crank shorteners, clamping on to any standard crank, but they have a second swinging section - the result is to let the pedal have the push-pull stroke but reduced fore-aft travel. You pedal in an oval instead of a circle. This is also good if you cannot lift your leg high enough for standard cranks. The pendulum cranks can slide up or down the crank arm, and there are three holes on the pendulum section to adjust the pedal position. Standard 9/16” pedals only - £70 each.
