Absolutely everything we sell is covered by our Lifetime Warranty Against Manufacturing Defects. Basically, this means we cover:

• Anything which fails due to a manufacturing problem, at any point in it’s lifetime (or yours!).

So what isn’t covered?

• We don’t cover things which wear out naturally - brake blocks, tyres, aluminium frames, nicad batteries... Unless the item fails unusually soon, in which case we’ll cover you.
• Items which have been abused, or modified beyond what we or the manufacturers recommend.

What are the conditions?

• This is a Return To Base (RTB) warranty - that means it’s your responsibility to get the item back to us. We do have good contracts with couriers, so we can arrange carriage for you (at your cost), but we accept no responsibility for the safe packaging or delivery of the item.
• We reserve the right to inspect the item as closely as we need to to determine the reason for failure, including returning it to the manufacturer. We will try to do this as quickly as possible.
• If the item is deemed to have failed due to a manufacturing defect, then we will repair or replace it (our choice) and ship it back to you at our cost.
• If the item is deemed to have failed for some other reason, then we will consult with you before taking any other action. The item could be repaired (at your cost), replaced (at your cost), or just returned to you (again at your cost).
